"transcript": "Look at these.\nThese are the new Meta Ray-Ban display, and I got to test them.\nSo, here's what they can do.\nSay you're walking down the street and you need directions.\nYou pop up a map that tells you where to go.\nIt appears right here.\nAnd to do that, you can see I'm using this.\nSensors in this band track electrical signals in your wrist, which lets you control what's happening on the display.\nSo, like this is to select something, and this is to scroll.\nNow, say you're talking to someone.\nMaybe you have a hard time hearing sometimes, or maybe it's loud.\nSo, you turn on captions.\nIn real time, even if they're speaking another language, it's translating live in front of me.\nAll of the text and display elements sort of hover at arm's length in front of you, like a hologram.\nNow say you're relaxing outside.\nYou get a text.\nYou don't open your phone.\nInstead, you write your reply with your finger, and it was surprisingly good at figuring out my bad handwriting.\nYou can also just talk a lot.\nYes, I'm on my way.\nNow, I'm on my way.\nThere's a lot more.\nMaybe you want step-by-step instructions for how to make something from your fridge.\nTo make an iced matcha latte, whisk matcha powder with hot water and serve over ice.\nOr, and this happens to me a lot, maybe you don't know what something is on a menu.\nA hearty beef stew cooked in red wine.\nThank you.\nThat looks pretty good.\nBut what I found most interesting was actually just getting answers to stuff I'm curious about out in the world.\nLook at these.\nWhat kind of columns are those?\nThose are Corinthian columns.\nAnd of course, maybe you want to take a photo.\nYou can zoom with your hand.\nAnd whenever you're taking pictures or recording, a little light turns on so that people know.\nIt doesn't work if you cover it.\nSo if you want to check them out, hurry cuz stocks running low.\nYou can find a store near you on meta.com or bestbuy.com to book a demo.\nGo get yours.",

"transcript": "What would happen if you drilled a hole straight through the ice in Antarctica and jumped in?\nThere's something crazy down there.\nSo what happens is you jump in and the snow around you quickly changes to dense blue ice.\nAs you go deeper, you realize the air bubbles trapped all around you are from the time of the Renaissance on the surface, then ancient Rome, then the last Ice Age, but the pressure keeps rising, and you keep getting closer to Earth's hot core.\nSo 4 km down, the ice suddenly turns to water.\nYou're inside a lake.\nA massive lake, trapped completely under the surface, sealed off from the rest of the world for at least 15 million years.\nSo, inside that lake, you might see life forms that have been evolving in total isolation.\nWe know it's there because scientists bounced the radio waves through the ice and spotted this smooth, flat line, meaning liquid water.\nAnd in 2012, a Russian team finally reached it with a special drill, but right as the water was going to rush into the borehole, they stopped and they let a tiny bit of lake water freeze in that hole and brought the ice up for study.\nAnd they found some unusual bacterial DNA, but nothing conclusive yet about more complex animals.\nScientists want to go back, but it's controversial.\nThey worry about contamination, but we now know that there are over 400 lakes down there, and something else, if you want to know what, follow for more.",
