"intro": "Can a vibe coder make a better app than a senior iOS engineer? Well, that's exactly what we're going to try and find out today. In this video, I, Riley Brown, a vibe coder, am taking on Vishal, a senior iOS developer who's been building iOS apps for the past 10 years. We're going head-to-head to see who can build a better clone of Granola, a $250 million app with multiple AI features. We each only have five prompts to build this app and we can only use AI. And in this video, we're going to see whose app is better. And so, Vishal is going to be using Claude Code. And I'm going to be using a tool made specifically for vibe coding mobile apps. And you're going to be the judge of whose app is better in the comments. And we're going to be giving $1,000 of credits to three people who vote in the comments below. And if you like videos like these, make sure to hit that like and subscribe button because if this video does well, we're just going to keep doing them. Let's not waste any more time. Section number one is called the vibe stack, which are all of the popular use cases for AI tools and popular platforms. Well, just like OpenAI's new o1 model, these are reasoning models. So prior to giving you an output, it actually thinks about the user input for a while and it actually shows you the thinking. OpenAI actually kind of lies to you because it doesn't give you the raw chain of thought thinking. But here's the truth. Vibe coding is a lot easier to understand if you really just focus for a few hours. Even if you have zero coding experience, this is going to be the most comprehensive video on vibe coding. You are going to go from an absolute beginner to someone who can build 20 different types of app because that's exactly what we're going to do in this video. We are going to build 13 to 15 different apps in this video, all of different types, all using the most powerful AI coding models in the world. This video is going to be divided into five parts. In part one, we are going to talk about the most powerful coding agents in the world and how to set them up. In part two, we're going to be building some static pages, things like landing pages, things like lead magnets, things like creating a game, building custom dashboards and presentations in your own company style. Then in part three, we're going to talk about creating full-on web apps. So, not only are we going to create a web app that you can use authentication and database so your friends can sign in, we're also going to talk about API, the most powerful AI technology in the world, and actually how to use that technology and put it in your app. And you can do this all by vibe coding. And then we're going to do this again except with mobile apps. And we're going to build a full mobile app. And then in part five, we're going to deploy our apps that we create on the web and on mobile to the App Store and to the internet with our own custom domain. So I promise you, you're going to go from being a beginner to someone who feels like you have complete control over the next wave of AI technology and you're going to be able to vibe code experiences. "intro": "Today we're talking about building apps with AI. This is a comprehensive guide for you with no coding experience. You'll be able to build an app by the end of this video. This is going to be the most comprehensive Cursor tutorial for those who want to vibe code. Vibe code is the act of speaking or typing into Cursor Composer, which is the smartest AI tool for coding in the world by far. In this video, we're going to talk about this in three parts. The first part will be the basics of Cursor and so we talk about all of these different things. We're going to go through all of the vocabulary, everything that you need to know as someone who doesn't know how to write code to communicate with AI-powered coding tools like Cursor. And so in this first basic section we're also just going to build an AI image generator and I want you to fully understand how relatively easy it is to create really cool apps. You don't need to pay for other people's software anymore. The AI image generator that we create looks like this and so we're going to be able to say a man riding a bike with an elf hat on and I will show you from scratch how I built this very quickly. And boom. So we created this AI image generator. We can copy, we can download. And then in part two we built this landing page and we found a library on GitHub that had really cool animations and we just remixed it and created this landing page and we also went through the process of deploying it and uploading it to our own domain. So I bought a domain, agate.com, and that is this site. You can visit this site and I'll show you every step of the process to create this. And then finally in part three, we built an AI-powered app and this app really targets one of my big pain points with the new OpenAI deep research. I really like how it can create 10 to 30 page reports but it doesn't have images built into it, which is why I wanted to create an app that allows me to paste in all of my ideas and then I could generate images for the different sections. So I can generate charts with AI and this allows me, with one click, to generate charts with AI. And if I want to make changes, I can actually talk to an AI and say, mention the companies here and explain these more in the chart. And so we used Claude's API to allow us to edit these charts. Those are the three apps that we created today and I'm going to go through all of the basics getting started with Cursor. We're going to talk about Vercel and deploying apps to Vercel. I promise you it'll be worth it. You're going to love vibe coding. I'm Riley Brown. Let's dive in.",
